A very warm welcome to the website for St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School. We hope that families find the information on our site useful. 

Our intention is for every pupil to develop a love of learning and be well-prepared for the transition to secondary school.  We focus on academic attainment in all subjects and have an ambitious and holistic curriculum. We are passionate about the arts and competitive sport and offer a variety of enrichment moments, including after-school opportunities, in order to further enhance the school’s curriculum offer.

Through a strong family, parish and school partnership, our pupils learn to be confident, kind, work hard and make good decisions. They understand that 'Christ is at the centre of everything we do – in their hearts, heads and hands.  Our school endeavours to be a safe and purposeful learning environment for all and discrimination is not tolerated. We teach our children to treat others as they would like to be treated, and our children make us proud every day.
